I am compiling a recipe catalog for a HBS/BOP. I want to fill it with recipes from homebrewers rather than generic selections from books. If you are interested in having your recipe available please submit it in this thread.
The BOP will be using 5 gallon extract and partial mash recipes so if you wish to submit, please convert. There will also be a section for all grain, and a section for 10gal batches so feel free to submit recipe in multiple forms.
Please list in the following format
1.Username[or your preffered I.D.(name, brewery name, etc..)]
2.Recipe name and Style(if it is an award winner, list competition name and award)
3.Size and Type
4.Grains(time and temps)
5.Extracts
6.Hops(times for each)
7.Miscellaneous ingredients(times for each)
8.Yeast
9.Special steps
10.Estimated OG and FG
11.A short description
