I am trying to get the ingredients bought to brew Avery's Czar stout, but Austin homebrew does not carry the exact grains. Looking at the recipe below, do you think this will change the flavor much?

OG: 1.104
AE: 1.025
Grist:
Pale 2-Row – 86.8% (18.1lb) (13.57lb light LME)
Cara-8 (Sub Crystal 10) – 1.9% (0.39lb)
Cara-45 (Sub CaraMunich I)– 3.7% (0.78lb)
Debittered Black Malt – 1.2% (0.25lb)
Chocolate – 1.2% (0.25lb)
Carafa III (only have Debittered black Carafa III. Sub black patent? Use the debittered Carafa III?) – 1.5% (0.31lb)
Honey Malt – 3.7% (0.78lb)

Hops:
60 min – Magnum (13.6% AA) – 0.94 oz
30 min – Magnum (13.4% AA) – 0.89 oz
0 min – Sterling – 0.52 oz
0 min – Hallertau– 0.52 oz
