I haven't been able to find this information online, so I figured I would ask here. I bottled a Belgian dark strong about a week ago, 8.5% alcohol. How long should I leave it in my warm bottle room (~73*) before moving it to my basement (~65*) until the fall probably? Thanks in advance for any advice. I'm really excited about this beer, even though it didn't attenuate the way I wanted it to.
