I am building a recipe for a strawberry rhubarb ale and haven't decided whether to go with a wheat beer or with a Belgian style ale. Any experience or suggestions would be helpful.

I took a strawberry wheat to a beerfest last month and it came out beyond expectations. It was just 4oz pours but the keg was empty in just under 2 hours.

Belgian sounds great too though! I love all the crazy flavors you get from Belgian yeasts. I just can't brew often enough to keep a strain going and I'm too big of a penny-pincher to just get one use from a liquid yeast.
