I am going out on a limb with a freakish recipe. Fresh frozen strawberries, fresh frozen bananas, and guava paste :) Oh and Oranges for the citric. I did not use a bag this time either. Simply just mooshed everything up except the guava paste since it has so much sugar. I'm letting my moosh sit with campden, tannin, and pectin for a couple of days first before I add sugar and the guava paste. Here it is! Nice and disgusting but smells sooooooo yummily.

I did something similar, collected all our 'almost gone' fruit over a few months and froze it, then blended it all together for a fruity batch... Strawberries, peaches, mangoes, papaya, white table grapes, pineapple, maybe a few cuties (small oranges)

If its at all tasty, I may pump it up with some grain alcohol for a party punch :p

Woohooooo Captain! :) Good to know that other people just pile it all in at once.

I love doing this!! it honestly makes better wine than a kit ever could or even canned juices.
Just as an asside If you want to save some$ cuties are just a brand name for clemintines [sp?] They are a little cheaper at stores like aldis and save alot.
