Strawberry and apple cider

About a month ago I started off some apple and strawberry cider using just store bought apple juice, ribena strawberry cordial, yeast and sugar and it’s turned out beautifully

Anyone got any other tasty yet simple ideas?

My protocol is to make my best "plain" cider using only AJ & FAJC -- then once done -- tweak it up using 100% fruit juice concentrates from www.brownwoodacres.com, cinnamon sticks, various tinctures, etc. I feel fermentation changes the "add ons" in ways I don't prefer. Dig experimenting with different flav combos [emoji111]

Some include cherry/cin/ginger, pineapple/jalapeno, Oaked bourbon, pomegranate, oak barrel aged.... The world is your Oyster!
