Just brewed a zombie dust clone and have been dry hopping it. Unfortunately I could only get the pellet citra hops and wanted to know if I should use a sanitized mesh bag to strain the beer while transferring to the bottling bucket.

Let it sit and siphon off carefully. You risk oxidation with your idea.

You can cold crash it for a few days to get the hops to settle out, then place a muslin bag or some nylons over the end of the racking cane to filter into the bottling bucket, works great!

Depends on how you do it.

Use a large mesh bag and let it rest at the bottom of the bottling bucket while filling it and at the end lift it carefully. Try to avoid dripping.

Another option would be to loosely attach the mesh bag at the end of the racking cane. Works great.
