A friend tells me there is a ginger beer called Stoney Tangawizi that is very, very good in parts of Eastern Africa. She is wondering if there might be a clone recipe or any tips on a DIY version from someone familiar with it. Cheers.

It actually is a non-alcoholic ginger soda FYI. It's very good but I have no idea how to make it!

Hello, I drank it one time when I was in South Africa, I agree with you, it's a really good ginger soda.
I think no yeast is needed, the ingredients should be something like this: ginger, sugar, lemon juice + zest.
But I didn't find a clone recipe.
