For those of you that have built collar keezers or coffin keezers....
Have any of you mounted the temp controller in a recess in the collar/draft tower?
I've seen a few external pictures, but no internal ones. How did you approach this?
Is the STC-1000, or equivalent, inside a box to protect it from the cold?
I'm moving back to the US from Australia and just trying to get some info for my future keezer build.
