After some research I decieded "What the heck? I'll try to brew some cider". I wanted to keep it as simple as possible as this is my first brew. Can someone with experience tell me if I've started on the right foot?

I started by sanitizing my fermenter. I then went ahead and filled it with 5 gallors of unpasturized cider, 4lbs of brown sugar, some yeast nutrients, pectin enzymes and 5 camden tablets.

I plan on pitching my yeast this evening.

Any input, recommendations, or critizism would be greatly appreciated!

Cider is pretty simple bro. I just sanitize, fill, put in sugar, pitch proofed yeast, and let the magic happen. I don't mess with nutrient or campden.

It sounds like you will have a fine brew.
