I'm curious how y'all pitch your starters...

Straight off the plate swirled up with spent wort?

Cold settle, decant some of the spent wort, swirl, then pitch?

Cold settle, decant, revive with fresh wort?

Other methods?

In my mind Cold settle revive is best but if insufficient time exists then skip the revive and just pitch warmed decanted yeast.

Cold settle, decant, revive with fresh wort.

I drain about a liter of wort as soon as it has reached pitching temp and revive the decanred starter. Usually 1-2 hours later it's at high krausen and I pitch it.
