K so I have made quite a few starters before but this time I messed up my measuring. I was kinda crunched for time and rushed it.. I made my starters and canned them to use for a step up over the next two days. Well l left a sample but had to rush to work.. Added the yeast and check my gravity it was 1.080. I realized I used the wrong measurement but was just in a rush. Now the question is what to do next..

Starter 1 liter, 2 packages of champagne yeast. I mean it's fermenting but, will this slow it down.?. I was planing to step up tonight to 2 liters... and if so do I just need to add my 1 liter plus a liter of water?

This is my dumb moment and I appreciate any help..

The picture below is really dark, the color is more amber.
