Okay, so I'm trying to determine how much to pitch.

I'm shooting for a 5.5 gallon batch @ 1.103 OG and will be pitching wyeast 1272. I have a dormant 2L starter with plenty of slurry and am trying to figure out how much to add to what volume & gravity of starter to produce the right amount of yeast....
I wil be using a homemade striplate.

Any help is appreciated!

Oh, and I was gonna get the starter going about 24 hrs before pitching, I was advised this would be a good schedule, but could do it earlier too.
