I made a hard apple cider with cider from Lewisburg Ks and kveik yeast. It's great on tap.

On tap right now is a clone of Hop Ju Ju and a Dark Caramel / Pale Ale. Next up will be a Lager or ale with Lost Link Yeast.

My last one was a Citra Pale with Kumquats. Currently fermenting is an ESB, my first run at this, so I'm excited.
