specks in carboy

So I've been incessantly been cleaning my carboy.. using my brush to scrub and clean... But for some reason am unable to clean a certain spot....

Have you tried letting some OxyClean sit in there on the spot over night?

I haven't actually.. I've just been soaking it with one step.....

I'd soak it in a mild bleach solution. A few ounces of bleach in 5 gallons, and let it sit for a week.
