I'm 3/4 of the way of filling out my German Landrace Noble Hop collection. Saaz? Check. Hallertauer Mittelfruh? Check. Tettnang? Check.
But spalt? My absolute favorite of the landrace nobles? I can't find it anywhere. Does anybody either sell or know of a place that sells Spalt rhizomes? (Not Spalter Select, but Spalter Spalt).
