Ok, I am looking to try and clone or come close to the Southern Tier 2XMAS.
I don't know where to start. They mention Nordic Tradition. They say it's Ale yeast, Double Spiced, 2 varieties of Hops, 4 varities of Malts, spices of Figs, orange peel, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, ginger.
Dark Ruby in color. NOt sure where to start.
Vienna Malt?
Mild ALe Malt, wheat malt, and Victory Malts?
No idea on Hops....
Anyone know where to start with this? I'm not experienced enough to even attempt this clone but I LOVE this beer and would like to try and make it.
