I'm looking to make a Green Clover Stout recipe this year (was hoping to do it for St. Pat's day, but not looking likely), and one of the key ingredients is some fresh red clover (both flowers and leaves). Problem is, I don't know where to find something like this in bulk quantities.

I know lots of farmers use clover to replenish their fields, tilling it under when they're ready to plant again in the spring. I'd like to get out and pick a couple pounds before that happens, but I don't know any farmers in Oregon (or, really anywhere).

I'm hoping someone here can point me to a farm in the Portland area that uses clover, and wouldn't mind me coming out to pick a bunch of it. Any leads would be appreciated. Thanks!
