Iv been kind of hooked on sour beers lately. Favorites have been an amazing sour brown and than some of the fruity tart wine aged beers.
Any experts out there want to lend some advice on a first recipe to brew a sour? Any advice would be awesome. I'm pretty experienced with brewing but am a complete novice for sours.
