Now that the weather is nice, time to start brewing. Thinking of an APA with sorraci ace hops ( I've got a lot). Any ideas?

Not exactly what you are looking for but I brew a Sorachi Ace Saison that is very good. I use magnum for bittering (60 minutes 17 IBU) Sorachi at 20 minutes (15 IBU) Sorachi at flame out. This beer is 5.8% with 32 IBU's. I would think doing something similar with an APA grain bill and upping the IBU's along with dry hoping would be pretty good. Have you used Sorachi Ace before?

Never used it before. Was just going to try a simple grain bill and go for it. Was actually going to bitter with sorachi also since it is high in alpha acids. But I always have magnum on board

I brewed a sorachi and 2row smash and it's very drinkable, it has a very nice citrus note with a hint of herbal.
