All...
I live in Guam, so heat is a factor. I am researching ways to cool the wort/maintain temperature below 70F for fermentation. Unless I go IC/copper tubing, an ice water bath or Son of Fermentaion Chiller (SoFC) seems to be the way to go. I am leaning towards the SoFC because it can regulate temperature easier--especially in the beginning.
I keep my house around 77...cooler in closets/no lights. My thought is to put it in my closet for fermentation.
Thoughts/ideas/concerns/questions?
Thanks!
