My 2nd year glacier has a bunch of multi colored spots. Is it mildew? Overwatering? We have had a bunch of rain in the past 2 weeks. Also some holes from Japanese beetles to I think. This plants leading shoots have been eaten 3 f#@*ING times. Anything else I can do except traps? (Pics 1-3)

The rest are pics of my 1 year plants. Yellowing and discoloration on them too. Some sun burn from when I moved them outdoors in the spring but the magnum is turning yellow. With some brown on new side arms.

Similar yellowing and dislocation on hallertau and cascade. The wye viking is growing like a champ though!

Do you guys have any ideas of what is going on and what I should do?

As far as beetles, I've been fighting those little buggers for years. I usually tell my neighbors to put up a trap and then they migrate there. The best way to control them is neem oil if you like the natural method, or a pyrethrin based insecticide. Those are about the only things that work on them besides manually picking them off daily.

Your plants look like they may have been water logged as far as the yellow leaf discoloration and your description of raining for 2 weeks. Cut back on the watering for a few weeks and go from there. This is a good web resource for hop leaf issues......

Also, some varieties are more susceptible to issues like mildew and rot while other plants, like centennial grow like weeds about anywhere. I used to grow 11 varieties at one point now I'm down to 6 since moving.

On the previous link (^^^), click on the virus tab. You'll notice a fair amount of similarities between the symptoms. The others look like nutrient deficiencies (total leaf chlorosis).
