Long story short .... i have some Mt. Hood's that i'll be harvesting shortly and wanted to use them wet. For whatever reason, I thought it would be a good idea (and maybe it is) to put the following grain bill together and ordered them?

8# 2 row
4# Munich
.5 pound CaraMunich
.5 Carapils

i have some progress hops in the freezer i might use, or just go all out on the Mt. Hoods. I might use some fresh Chinook, even. Here's the kicker....I got Wyeast Bohemian Lager yeast. I may lager it ... I may go steam style. Any thoughts from the gallery, as always, much appreciated!

So I straight up lagered this beer in my downstairs fridge. I mashed around 156, bittered with some old pilgrim hops and flavored with leftover styrian goldings and leftover saaz. some friends and i just tried it and it tastes pretty fantastic!
