Why did some of my bottles carbonate and some not so much out of the same batch?
So heres a Question?

One possibility is that your bottling sugar was not thoroughly and evenly mixed.

More info is necessary. How did you prime?
If you added the beer to priming sugar in your bottling bucket, chances are that you didn't mix it thoroughly, resulting in some beers with more sugar than necessary, some with less, and some that are just right.
