This is not my recipe but worthy of a share.I searched the web for a Smithwick's clone and found this..It is a fantastic quaffable easy brewing and drinking beer.I used US04 at 64 deg and subbed the 2 row for Marris Otter.Its a doable 14 day grain to glass kegging but 3 weeks to a month will smooth it out...If you like Smithwick's you'll like this beer
