Want to make a special event IPA for a concert on Labor Day. This is what I am working on but could use some help. plan on brewing soonish.

12 lbs 2-row
1.5 lbs Rye
1 lbs Victory
0.5 lbs Crystal 15L
1 oz Roasted Barley (for color...maybe)
Magnum, Cascade, Centenial & Citra 1 oz each FWH
MAgnum, Cascade, Centennial & Citra 1 oz each Whirlpool/Hopstand 30" at 200F
Then Dry hop but with ??? and how much??? how long.
