Made my first batch of skeeter pee in many, many years.
I am making 5.5 gallon.
Bought a food grade safe bucket to be able to give to a friend with celiacs (hence no equipment will have touched grain)
The issue I had was I have run out of room with 30 oz of lemon left to add, along with the 2nd addition of both nutrient & energizer.

Which seems more feasible?
1-add the lemon & nutrients when I rack to a carboy (when Sg hits 1.020)

2-rack a gallon (or 1/2 gallon) into a jug, add lemon and nutrients. Add extra back in when I rack below Sg 1.020

3- add lemon and nutrients to current bucket and push to the brim

Thoughts?
Advice?
