Single Hop Kolsch?

I've got 4 ounces of Santiam that I want to brew a kolsch with, but I don't want to use anything else even though according to beerlegends.com it is primarily an aroma hop...any suggestions on recipes? I've looked around, but have had no luck.

There are plenty of recipes under the heading "Light Hybrid Beer." Ed Wort's Bee Cave Brewery Koelsch is one that is very popular and receives good reviews. Diatonic's Black Widow Koelsch has won several awards. And Biermuncher's Orange Koelsch is an easy-to-brew pseudo-Koelsch that's quite popular. There are, of course, others. But these three are a place to start.

Kolsch isn't heavily bittered, there is no problem using only aroma hops, just add enough at 60 minutes to get your IBU's which if I recall is going to be less than 20 for a Kolsch.
