Tell me what you think of this:
Batch size 5.00 Gal
11lb USA 2-Row Pale Malt
0.75lb Amber Malt
0.75lb Crystal 40L
Mash at 152 for 60 min, boil 60 min
0.5 oz Simcoe 13%AA 60 min
1 oz each Simcoe/Citra (12%AA) 15 min
1 oz each Simcoe/Citra 0 min
Dry hop 1 oz each Simcoe/Citra 14 days in primary after primary fermentation has finished.
Expected OG 1.065 and expected IBUs 63.7, color 8.4 SRM
Any thoughts? Different specialty grains? Different amounts? Different dry hop schedule? Cheers
