Sorry this is only my second batch and im getting nervous. I brewed a Honey Brown Ale Extract kit and today was 10 day in the primary, and I went to check the gravity....when I opened it up it had a slightly surfer / rotten egg smell when I was opening the lid and there was not much of a gunk ring on the out side. My first batch at this point had a much larger ring and never gave off that smell...

Here what i opened it up to:

The Final gravity was at the Predicted 1.010

Are the clumps floating on top dead yeast? or maybe an infection? Should I leave it for a little longer?

Thanks in advance!!!:drunk:

Without actually seeing it I am inclined to say that is a healthy krausen ring and those look like yeast rafts to me. What was the taste like?
