Show me your manifold

I saw the approach that BYO magazine had in their Nov 2014 issue here:

I really like the manifold in figure 2 and am thinking of doing something like it.

I am still looking for ideas so I wanted to put it out there... How did you do it?

My first attempt at a manifold.
Props to Bobby_M for providing one stop shopping. I just wish I knew what I don't know to order it all at once
I still have to add a 3-way valve on the bk to direct the wort to recirculate or go into the fermenter.

Thoughts?
