I am brewing a bourbon porter and am about to add bourbon soaked oak cubes to my secondary. Do i stir in the bourbon or just open and pour it in?
Thanks

fist I do not know a thing about bourbon chips but I say do not ever stir your secondary . you will introduce oxygen to the beer and you do not want that . the chips I would guess are just like dry hopping and you just drop them in and let them do their thing .
