I was harvesting yeast out of my better bottle after kegging so I made the brilliant decison to squirt down the neck of the better bottle with some isopropyl alcohol. I let it dry for about a minute but there was still some on there. Then I poured the yeast out without drying the opening first. I know that isopropyl alcohol is poisionous so should just dump my yeast and start over?

Isopropyl alcohol is only poisonous if you ingest a large quantity. A few yeast cells may have been damaged, but definitely not enough to cause any problem.

Use Starsan for sanitizing.

my local brewery, Drakes, uses spray bottles with a mixture of water and isopropyl alcohol as a sanitizer. when i go to collect yeast from them the spray the inside of my flask with then fill it with yeast.
