I like to brew on my stove, but I also want to get a 15+ gallon brew kettle so I can do 10 gallon all grain batches. I know this goes in the opposite of the idea shape of a brew kettle, but heat loss probably wont be an issue if I insulate well.

SSbrewtech and Spike Brewing are the biggest names. I am not sure how short you need. I would start with those 2. Northern Brewer has some other brands of pots.

Also, I hope you have a flamethrower of a stove burner to get that much wort up to a boil! Maybe split a batch and have 2 smaller pots?

I had zero issues with doing a 5 gallon batch with a brew kettle I borrowed from a friend. His didn't have a brand name, it was old. I have a natural gas stove and I am able to put the brew kettle over multiple burners.
