Shipyard export ale tastes smells like wet dog

Pretty disappointed after shelling out $9.50 for a 6 pack. It was OK last time i bought it, never again shipyard.
Fact is a lot of commercial beers are substandard since i started brewing my own 6 mos. ago. My brews seem to be way more palatable than many on the shelf at the market.
Anyone else notice the inconsistency in tastes/ smell of commercial beers ?

I am a HUGE Shipyard fan and have NEVER been disappointed with their beer.
It is too bad that you had a bad experience but I would not throw them under the bus that quickly

It only takes one bad six pack for me to throw any of them under the bus.
Especially at 9.50 + 6/pack
best by date on this bath is 3/15. somebody brewed/bottled some swill.

I hate the yeast profile from that beer and many others by them. Export and several other, there is just something aweful about it to me.
