Anyone in the northern climates have issues with shipping kits when it's freezing out? Issues with freezing liquid yeast and LME?

Never had a problem with NB. Order Friday evening, UPS pick up Saturday morning, delivered on Tuesday.
Never order just before a blizzard is forecast for the area.

It is possible to have a 10% viability loss if liquid yeast freezes. Not a problem, just a little more DME in the starter. Sugar concentrate in LME makes it almost impossible to freeze.

I place orders on the weekends so it ships in the first part of the week. That way it's not sitting around in some unheated facility through the weekend. I also leave a note for the ups guy to put the package inside my door so its not sitting outside. If it's-30 or so, I'll wait for it to warm up some before ordering.
