Estou com um monte de Cascade aqui e a ideia seria fazer uma cerveja bem lupulada mas bem refrescante.
Fiz uma com os mesmos maltes usando Simcoe e ficou bem legal, queria algo semelhante, mas estou com medo que o Cascade fique muito pungente, já que tem bem mais cohumulone.
O que vocês acham? Cascade single hop dá certo? Ou adiciono mais algum lúpulo? Qual e quando? Valeu!!
