Just received some cryo mosaic in the post. I intend to use several onces as a dry hop.

I normally will use pellet in a keg hopper or add the lose to the fermenter.

Cryo hops are significantly finer, so a question for folks that have used them is how do you keep them out the final beer.

Is a keg hopper enough or do I need extra measures

I bought a bunch of cryo hop powder (citra, mosaic, simcoe and cascade) and have a similar question. Anyone with experience dry hopping with cryo powder sharing their experience would be appreciated.

With it being a powder I don't think even a fine mesh screen would help too much. A good cold crash and gelatin would probably be the best way of having it stay out your finished beer.
