I have a quad-block of Micromatic secondary regulators, and the third one in the chain has stopped working. Gauge reads zero, no pressure, no pour. All the others are working just fine.

This might have been the secondary that got some saison in it when I first hooked it up - minor unintentional keg conditioning and hooked to gas line immediately after bringing the keg up from the basement, shaking things up a little.

Any ideas what's going on and how to fix it? I'm dreading the possibility that I might have to disassemble and clean it, fearing that I'll disable it even worse.

I'll also be writing Micromatic to see what they have to tell me...

Both the Economy and Premium MM secondaries are supported by rebuild kits, and both use a part that would be the likely victim of a beer flood (analogous to a cartridge with very fine passages).

Check the Micromatic site for the kits.

Taking the reg apart shouldn't be a big deal...
