Scaling recipes for beer smith 2 on iPad

So whenever I try to make a new recipe or want to use one already on there I can't seem to change the batch size. It has a bunch of preset batch sizes. Under scale recipe I can try to edit them but the only thing I can do is edit the equipment. What am I doing wrong here? Basically trying to make a 3G batch

You have to start by writing an equipment profile for 3 gallons. You can use the wizard to speed up that process or just copy and modify something close to your needs.

What's in BeerSmith is a template of options, but not a full range. It's probably not possible to capture every possible brewing setup. Certainly a list like that would be really hard to read through.
