Scaling back Super-Kleer for a 2 gal batch?

I've just started a batch of J Keller's recent recipe for Apple Pie Moonshine. It calls for Sparkaloid scaled back for 3gal. My question is, does SuperKleer need cut for smaller than 5-6gal batches? Gut feeling would say full dosage is prob ok for as low as 3gal since most of it settles out. Thoughts??

If you don't use the whole packet, what will you do with the leftovers? Can you keep it sealed after you open it? Do you have a second wine batch to add it to right away?
Personally I would just dump the whole contents in. Its fairly cheep. I think you may need to keep the ratios between the two packets anyway.
