The Nelson Sauvin is a fantastic hop for Saison's. Lots of spice & berry. Anyone use Sorachi Ace on Saison's?

I agree Nelson Sauvin is good in a Saison.

I also do a Sorachi Ace Saison that is also very good. So it works well too.
