I'm in the process of building sankey keg washer and I'd like to know if it's necessary to have valves on the coupler itself on the gas and beer line. I've look online and some companies will have them and they have valves but not sure it's a must. Anyone have some experience and inputs here please feel free to help me out. Cheers
