I made a starter last night (so it has been on the stir plate for about 24 hours). I ended up too busy to brew tonight. What are the opinions out there on a starter at this point? Will a 48 hour starter be fine or should I put it in the fridge?

Definitely. It's happened to me before and everything turned out A-okay!

edit - woops, either should be fine. You probably wont gain a whole lot with the extra time on the plate, but the fridge isn't going to hurt either.

No problem Vespa :D

I never thought of doing that hillhouse, but I guess that because I don't usually pull out the fermenters until I get the boil goin.
