San Marcos, TX gets a home brew supply shop

On August 20th, a home brew supply shop will open up in the San Marcos, TX area. I was driving through the Junction (RR 12/RR32) today, and I saw there was a banner up in a store front. The business will be a pub as well as a home brew supply store. I'm ecstatic that there will be a LHBS within a reasonable driving distance.

I just wanted to give a head's up to those in the San Marcos area that we'll be able to to have a local place to get the goods!

Where exactly? Is it in one of the strip centers at that intersection?

Good to hear. I used to live in Schertz and shopped at Home Brew Party off Nacadoches in N San Antonio. They have a great selection with helpful, knowledgeable staff, but their prices were a bit high.

It would have been nice to have other options nearby.

yes. its in one of the store fronts at that intersection of ranch road 12 and ranch road 32...on the south side of the road.

Is there room for a good 75 feet worth of truck to park out front? I pass through San Marcos often.

Is this place still open? I live in SM and have been ordering from AHBS! Please tell me I dcan get what I need locally>
