Pitched Sunday in low 60s. Today and tomorrow will be in the low 70s. Forecast changed since last week when I planed the brew. Saturday was going to be warm then cook all week.

Anyways beer got up to high 60s ambient temp today so I put it in water this afternoon around 60. Fermentation had already started so inside was warmer. Maybe 72f. I'm going to toss in a few pounds of ice tomorrow morning and even more when u get home for lunch to get till Wednesday when temps get to 60.

How much harm did I cause by transferring from low 70s to low 60?

What flavors come from this yeast around 70?
