Thought I might try posting this here. Not really a soda but didn't really fit anywhere else. We had a big brunch yesterday and I wanted to make sakimosas but didn't want to fool around with tons of bottles.
If you've never had a sakimosas it is:
1 part OJ
2 parts sparkling wine
1 part sake
Taking advantage of the new keg set up in the basement, I tried my hand at kegging a batch:
2 boxes of white wine (1 pino gris, 1 table)
2 bottles of sake (whatever)
2 96 oz bottles of pulp free, good quality OJ.
Chill, force carb at 20 psig, wait two days, serve at 15 psig.
We had about 10 women, 4 men... Gone in 3 hours...
