Made this Brewers Best kit last Sunday, the instructions recommend a fermentation temp between 68-72F. The spec sheet for S-04 on Safale's website says ideal temp between 59-68F. I'm fermenting in a freezer that was at 65F last Sunday, and has slowly dropped to 61F over the week due to ambient temps in the garage.

I'm probably over-analyzing this, but should I have any concerns?

Agreed, you're good to go.

I have a best bitter that I used S-04 on. It never got over 65 at anytime and now, 3+ weeks in, it's setting at 60 degrees. I took a reading on it yesterday and it's down to 1.011, if it's still at that on Monday I'll bottle it.
