I cold crashed a 5gal batch of hard cider IG 1.080 fermentation stopped at 1.030, I was shooting for 1.020, but it was store bought juice and I didn't aerate it properly prior to pitching.
My question is, after I cold crash and rack to keg, I want to start another batch immediately. Can the S-04 slurry be reused after floccculation? And what do I have to do to it?
