So this one has been sitting around aging. I used the morebeer all grain kit. I started it about 1 year ago. I checked the gravity 2 months ago and again today and they are both 1.014.
Would you bottle or continue to keep it in the carboy at this gravity?
When you do bottle, what gravity would you do it at? Extra yeast? Amount of priming sugar?
Only in the past month has a faint pellicle started to form.
